A special feature of this 45-valve model is the 15 station pick-and -place (cap-in-chuck) screw capping system. This model will fill plastic, glass and P.E.T. bottles up to 4.5" (114mm) in diameter. The filler shown was equipped with filler-driven infeed conveyor, automated recycle system to maintain product bowl temperature, automated lubrication system and automated cleaning and sanitizing system. This series may be built in a variety of valve/capper combinations to suit a range of bottle sizes.

54-valve model filler is manufactured for filling 28mm PET 1.5L - 0.5-L
bottles. Filler drive is with a Kardon shaft. This model is available as a
monoblock filler/capper. Speeds to 600 BPM for 0.5-litre

The valve spacing will accommodate 5.0-Litre (gallon) through 250ml (8-ounce) bottles. Filler shown with Federal GEM Screw Capping System. The #2 Sereis is offered with 18 valves and 6 capping stations for a bottle width not to exceed 120mm (4.74").

An essential part of any program to extend product
shelf-life is a reliable means of automating the cleaning and sanitizing
of all product contact surfaces of the filler. The Federal circulating
system is sized to the filler model to control the flow of the C.I.P.
solution at the proper flow rate. The system is monitored to insure that
proper solution levels and temperatures are maintained at preset
values.
